Mount Lawley Orthodontics

Simply given unnecessary treatment and then when didn't do it (because I felt it unnecessary) was told that I was doing great with the treatment and it was working as it should be XD. I understand that there is definitely more at play here than I can understand as I am no dentist and will be happy to change my review if some legitimate reason is given.

Our three children have been visiting Mount Lawley Orthodontic for many years and we appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail and friendly approach.

Called in to check about getting braces for myself. The lady who spoke on the phone was extremely unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers over a phone call, not very sure how they treat patients in person.

I had my first consultation last week with Dr Hall, but also had interactions with a number of different people during my visit.This practice runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone I encountered displayed a high level of professionalism. I received an incredibly high standard of customer service from everyone, and feel very comfortable with returning for my orthodontic needs.It is well worth going to see a specialist such as Dr Hall and the team for your teeth. The solutions offered are excellent value.I look forward to seeing the team at Mount Lawley Orthodontics again soon!

Staff are disrespectful and rude making you dread your next appointment. At such an expense, really do your research to find a good orthodontic practice and stay away from this oneThe positive reviews for this practice are suspiciously written by people who have only ever made 1 review, probably fake reviews to boost star rating?

Friendly and professional staff. Have had all my Five children treated at the practice. The great service provided is all in my childrens lovely smiles.

UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE!!! Staff are extremely unprofessional. My child and I were treated poorly on several occasions. They took my child into the treatment room (parents are not permitted) and proceeded to chat about their weekend among themselves and referred to my son as a girl. We are appalled and were not offered an apology instead we were told oh it must be his hair". The following was added after the clinic responded to this review: My point of unprofessionalism is further reiterated by the staff finding it appropriate to first respond to my google review in detail rather than my email! Very unprofessional and shows they are more concerned with saving face to the public rather than repairing the relationship with the patient / patients family."

I can never get an appointment here due to the inconvenient opening hours, and when I do, the colours I'd like aren't there, which isn't a big deal...My school has fewer hours than other schools, and I still can't get an appointment... I don't recommend if your student has long school days or multiple after-school commitments.However, it is practical to get to from the city centre, with a 950 super route stop right outside...

I've had two kids' braces done here over the last couple of years, absolutely fantastic service. Super friendly staff, very organized with timings and reminders, handy parking and a great result with both kids. Couldn't recommend more highly.
